Very attentive employees on shift. Large room, luxury bathroom.

Fully-equipped & brand-new unit with comfortable beds, huge shower, as example.

We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, but everything was very good. Truly enjoyed the free breakfast for vegans. Perfect location to find all aspects of an establishment excellent was a plus.  

The beds in the double room were very comfortable. The hotel is in a perfect and incredible location, close to a good retail park and public areas.- Brindle Distillery was only 3 km away, which was convenient. 

The staff here are efficient and welcoming, the hotel has modern facilities, and the location is perfect, right by Lytham St Annes.

Bright place to stay with free breakfast and competent staff. The breakfast for vegans. Incredible central location, near Manchester airport, restaurant during meal times, and the park.

The breakfast offers a huge variety of toast, pastries, cereal, fresh fruit, and coffee. Its location is convenient adjacent to centre and the motor way.

I loved fresh fruit, pastries, and bacon in the morning. It was in a central location, to find all aspects of an establishment excellent.

Bright hotel with smart stuff at the reception desk and free Wi-Fi. Free, great breakfast with a top class locally sourced saussage, had good food. Magnificent and unbeatable location to a pub Ye Olde Hoe Inn, and well sized

I had a really really nice stay at this hip new hotel. Exceptional service, as the staff were efficient and highly efficient. It was in the central location to a traditional pub serving great pump ales less than a mile away.  

Toast, pastries, cereals, fresh fruit and coffee served for breakfast were tasty! The hotel was situated in the central location near Manchester airport. Also, such main attraction as an indoor lodging was 2 miles 

Ate at a reasonably priced restaurant for evening meals, provided with fresh fruit, pastries, and bacon in the morning, truly enjoyed this hip new hotel, recommend.

The location of this hotel was superb for us. It provided great access to the motorway and was also easy to find with GPS. It was ideal for breaking our journey south for one night. The service and staff were excellent,
